- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and counseling to employees
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and employee development
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant
