- This role is responsible for supporting the business with key deliverables: analyzers, incentives, and scorecards.
- Ensure accurate and on-time disbursement of various incentives/contests defined by SFE to the Manager.
- Support the Manager with target-setting base data, as and when required
- Ensure timely delivery of all monthly deliverables, adhoc requirements for the business.
- Provide data support for analysis to be done by the analytics colleague.
- He/she needs to work closely with the Manager and support them with accurate and reliable data which enables them to identify and address critical issues.
- Responsible for master governance
- Responsible for Incentive audit files
- Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added services.
- Co-ordination with different stakeholders, zonal managers, division heads, marketing colleagues, SFE team
- Should have experience in master management and advanced Excel functions
- Business Diagnostics
- Should have experience in sales crediting
- Support to calculate Commission and ensure timely disbursement for field force
- Support to prepare commission to spend summary
- Ensure incentive pay slips are released to the field force
- Support in the target-setting process
- Responsible for UAT of various reports/software/applications as & when required
- Manage ad-hoc requirements of business
- Should be able to do multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities concurrently
