Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Negotiation with the selected candidates in reference to the terms and conditions of employment. Coordination with the short-listed candidates for interviews. Following up with the candidates for interviews. Scheduling & coordinating interviews with candidates and technical panelists on daily basis. Sending mail for respective requirements. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
