JOB SCOPE Role : HR Manager- HRBP Partnering with the business leaders and other stakeholders to develop an effective organizational structure, job design in alignment to the business goals. Working closely with line management & leadership teams and other functional areas to proactively address major issues related to workforce development & productivity Analyzing people processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement Establishing appropriate controls are in place & tracked effectively for all critical HR processes Focusing efforts towards top talent development, improving retention & managing employee relations in order to enable Enterprise Transformation Consulting and providing guidance to leaders and managers on multiple people initiatives such as career discussions, performance management, employee salary reviews, managing difficult conversations, managing marginal performers, managing employee escalations, new manager orientations and up skilling new managers Integrating actively the business strategy with people management practices through the partnership of HR experts across Employment Standards, Training, People Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards and HR Operations. Being a credible activist for the assigned functional teams and focus on achieving the defined objectives by influencing, creating positive change, and proactively resolving employee grievances and queries. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvements for creating positive employee experiences and partnering with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions. Consulting and steering succession planning, talent reviews and driving the annual performance cycle Advising, mentoring, and coaching all levels of management to build skills for employee motivation and effective leadership. Understanding business metrics and suggesting recommendations Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in any field MBA (HR) Total 8-12 years experience in the Plant HR role required. Strong knowledge in OD interventions, best practices, models and assessment applications Applied knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances as per Factories Act. Hands-on application of HR principles, concepts, practices and standards Preferred Technical Skills And Certification Exceptional experience in managing multiple projects Significant knowledge in culture building & change management with experience implementing enterprise wide change initiatives Strong analytical approach, diagnosing problems and recommending appropriate solutions High skill level in the design, development and execution of human resources strategies and practices including talent acquisition and development, succession planning, performance management and organizational effectiveness
