We are excited to offer a Junior HR Business Partner role supporting Healthcare's Data Digital and IT organization in India. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic team player, a high-potential candidates with opportunity for growth, to play a crucial role in driving the people dimension. You will work hand in hand with our local functional HRBP lead and with HR Business Partner colleagues from across our global HR function to drive global initiatives and coordinate local implementation. Your role: Advise managers on employee lifecycle topics, local policies and regulations, leveraging the existing solutions portfolio. Manage employee relations situations and providing a balanced and fair approach to resolution. Provide guidance and support on a variety of HR-related matters like talent sourcing, people development, workforce and succession planning, performance management, engagement, rewards and retention strategies. Assure strategic alignment (multi-way) and successful collaboration with internal stakeholders and groups in the matrix organization (Business Leaders, global HR Business Partner Team, global HR Solution Owners, MBS, other Enabling Functions). Contribute to strategic HR projects that addresses attraction, retention and engagement of our talents and to global HR related projects, support change management adoption and cultural transformation strategies to enable business success. Support the local functional HRBP lead. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in any stream with Master's degree in human resources. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with proven responsibility on employee lifecycle topics experience in partnering with managers that carry a scientific or technical background is considered a plus. expertise of HR regulations, applicable laws and requirements in India. Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and people analytics for decision making. Independent work style, committed to results and solutions, and effective at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced growing environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate with business managers and track record in effectively influencing stakeholders without authority.
