Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in southern India, specializing in Healthcare IT and Hospital Infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems used in healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically with infrastructure solutions liked pneumatic tube system and IT systems like nurse call system, OR integration and medical device integration. They will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our client's IT and infrastructure systems. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain healthcare IT systems and hospital infrastructure technologies, including servers, network devices, medical equipment, software applications, hardware appliances and so on. Provide technical support to hospital staff and conduct training sessions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues. Document and maintain records of all service activities, including tracking and monitoring of tickets. Keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance schedules, and inventory of spare parts. Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt and effective solutions to technical issues. Coordinate with manufacturers for warranty claims and replacement parts. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in healthcare IT and hospital infrastructure to provide efficient and innovative solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field - 5+ years of experience working in healthcare IT or hospital infrastructure - Expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware devices, software applications, and network infrastructure. - Experience with EMR systems, PACS systems, medical devices etc - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel to different locations as per business requirements Location - South India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai etc.) Travel - 80% Role Type - Full-Time, On-Field / In-Office
