Manager / Manager ( Personnel & HR) Qualification: Any Graduate preferably with PGDM with a Specialization in HR Experience: Min. 6-8 years. Job Location : CHT factory at MIDC, Taloja Gender : Male Industry Preferred: Manufacturing Textile Chemicals Reporting to: CFO/VP -Plant Job Description: -Statutory Compliance under the Factory Act and various labor laws. -Recruitment of all levels for plant. -Manpower planning as per requirement. Ensure that adequate manpower is available in the plant to carry out the scheduled activities. - Wage and salary administration. - Disciplinary actions. -labor management as a Principle employer and resolve issues related to them. - Handling Contract Labourers, and Mathadi workers, and fulfilling necessary Statutory compliance as required. - To carry out an annual appraisal system. - Employee safety, hygiene, and welfare activities. - Induction to recruit. - To ensure that Forms/Registers/Returns under various applied labor laws are filed on time. - To liaison with government offices/agencies like Factory Inspectors, Labour Inspectors, MIDC, Police, Panchayat, - Employment &Training etc for statutory compliance . - To arrange for and coordinate internal/external training programs for employees. - To carry out annual medical checkups - HR dept. SOP training and relevant documentation. - Monitor and maintain discipline on the premises - Full and final settlements. - Security Management, Canteen Management, - Procurement of General & consumable stationery -Verification of contractors' bills and submit to the Account Department. -Managing the HR activities on the Plant Level.
