What You Will Do We are seeking a HR Assistant Manager Business Partner who will work closely with the HR Director and HR Manager - BP to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the objectives of the organisation. The position is responsible for implementing a range of human resources functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Reporting directly to the HR Director - Crew management, your responsibilities will include: Effectively communicate and educate all levels of the company on HR issues in a timely manger. Ensure accurate and up=to-date maintenance of employee records, including new hire information and changes in employment status. Assist in the post hiring process and onboarding. Collaborate with the HR Director and Manager to develop HR policies and procedures. Assist in organisational changes initiatives, including restructuring or process changes. Provide expert guidance in feedback, employee relations, and collaborate with CoE team members in talent development, coaching, compensation, and organisational development. Support the manager in fostering a positive working environment and enhancing relations between staff and employers. Oversee employee development initiatives and identify training needs. Assist in conducting employee surveys, analysis and feedback mechanisms. Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities. Provide support in the execution of internal communications strategies. Assist in ensuring compliance with country and local employment laws and regulations. Prepare regular reports, including turnover rates and employee engagement metrics. Assist in implementing / educating business unit team members on HR practices, including performance feedback, calibration, and facilitating career transitions. Help identifying high-potential employees and succession planning. 4. What We Are Looking For 4-5 years of experience in HR- business partnering / Generalist. Excellent MS Office Skills, experience in HR softwares, HR Analytics. Business partnering expertise. Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills. Proven track record in employee engagement. Proficiency in performance management. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in conducting investigations, and managing grievances. Knowledge and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Talent management and succession planning proficiency. Detailed oriented and excellent organisational skills.
