This position is to Lead the Site HR & Admin, Facilities teams. Administrative Support to Land & Liaison Team in facilitating Survey Works, Land Liasioning, Public Hearing and other related works 5% of role; Right-of-way issues; Police; PR; legal assistance . Execution and Implementation of HR Processes, Deliverables Monitoring HR &; Administration Dashboard Implementation of HR policies and processes Refining and amending HR systems as per Organization needs and to improve efficiency Training Coordination Ensuring and Coordinate Facilities for the Employees & all Stakeholders. Adherence to Statutory Compliances 100% Should have thorough knowledge of all applicable Statutes (CLRA, Factory Act, EPF Act, Equal Remuneration Act, & Minimum Wages Act etc.) Support in L&D activities.
