- Building Marketing Strategy, Communications, and Promotional programs to improve brand awareness, develop customer dedication, drive demand, and support overall business objectives.
- Own the execution of agreed upon marketing plans and campaigns.
- Drive market penetration in Renewables Power and work closely with Sales to convert SCADA opportunities into an Order
- Work with Sales and Proposals to prepare winnable SCADA solutions for the renewable power market
- Develop Key account in Solar, Wind, BESS and Hybrid Power
- Coordinate and support PWS marketing activities in India and Southeast Asia, including user group conferences, industry events, trade shows, customer events seminars etc. to generate the leads and follow-up
- Finalize the Agenda for Marketing Events, users conference, trade show, seminar, etc.
- Maintain and upgrade Ovation DCS and Ovation Green SCADA demo systems along with demonstration offering using Hardware and Virtual Demo systems to customers
- Prepare presentation content and coordinate presentations on offering to internal & external customers
- Coordinate training of sales/proposal group on new product releases
- Study competitors' technical offerings and keep the latest comparison with Ovation. Able to analyze the competition and update the latest in the competition world
- Prepare content on power business scenario, market share and market trends. Creation of new product/feature brochures, newsletters, press releases & data sheets
- Define and coordinate the launch of new and enhanced products by working closely with Communications and other Marketing groups
- Writing technical papers/ articles for magazines, on Power & Water solutions and the latest offerings. Prepare messaging for value-based technical selling and budgets
- Minimum 7 years' experience of DCS or SCADA in Power or Renewable Power industry (Preferred) with minimum 3 years of experience in the role of Marketing/Business Development/Sales Support (Solution Architect)/Sales.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent experience. MBA will be an advantage.
- Detailed Knowledge of DCS and SCADA solutions for Power and Renewable Power Industry to enable efficient solutions
- Shall have Value based Selling Skills, approach and be proficient in building trust with a customer
- Able to set meaningful goals and an established action plan for reaching these goals.
- Shall have Communication and Presentation skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently along with have Analytical and Business Writing Skills.
