This is a remote position.This role requires deep expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, a solid foundation in data engineering concepts, and the ability to write efficient SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.The candidate should be capable of collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality, scalable BI solutions that align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI Developmento Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.o Implement data visualizations and DAX measures to deliver actionable insights.o Optimize Power BI datasets for performance, scalability, and usability.o Experience with embedding Power BI in applications.Fabric & Data Integrationo Work with Microsoft Fabric featureso Write, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.o Ensure alignment with best practices in query performance and indexing.Collaboration & Best Practiceso Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.o Implement security (RLS/OLS) and compliance best practices in Power BI.QualificationsExperience:o 5–8 years of experience in BI development, with at least 3+ years in Power BI at enterprise scale.o Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service administration.o Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.o Proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing large datasets.Preferred Skills:o Knowledge of Azure Data Platform & Fabrico Exposure to data engineering fundamentalso Familiarity with ADO and DevOps pipelinesKey AttributesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work independently.Adaptability to evolving BI technologies and cloud data platforms.
