- Identify potential leads and sources for prospective customers
- Connect with respective branches of these partners & organize training for employees and channel partners
- Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partner
- Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partner
- Ensure contracting of Partner with Max Life for process / Products / Technology
- Develop understanding of products & coach staff on product USP's
- Ensure Product mix and control leakage and persistency
- Extending external networks with Key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increasing MLI wallet share
- Proactive distribution engagement with decision makers for running effective operations in business partnership
- INDUSTRY KOWLEDGE: Brings through knowledge of the Industry, understands the challengers & provides strategic direction. Conducts, Educates & shares knowledge with the partners on growing their business
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Proactively identifies, approaches and enhances strong relationship with key executives, decision makers and influencers at partner's branch
- CLIENT ADVOCATE: Leverages the benefits & positioning of MLI products & services and able to recognise an opportunity.
