Duration: Ongoing ContractDuties:Lead the transition from ECC to S/4HANA, focusing on customer license management and foreign trade processes.Analyze and document the current ECC setup, including 10 license types and over 175,000 active licenses.Evaluate solution paths such as SAP GTS, International Trade module, or custom-built options to support business needs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and licensing requirements.Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Global Trade Services.Guide migration activities, system configuration, testing, and deployment.Ensure alignment of technical solutions with compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.Skills:SAP S/4HANA Sales expertise.Strong hands-on experience with SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) and International Trade.Knowledge of customer license management and foreign trade processes.Experience with SAP migrations and system integration.Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience:Proven track record as a SAP consultant in S/4HANA and GTS environments.Experience within pharma distribution or similar regulated industries preferred.Demonstrated success in large-scale SAP migrations and compliance-driven projects.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
