About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in running high- performing lead generation campaigns and be exceptionally strong in building and optimizing sales funnels. This role demands a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with analytical precision to deliver measurable business growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. - Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, targeting, and conversion rates. - Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure ROI targets are consistently met. 2. Sales Funnel Development & Optimization - Design, implement, and refine multi-stage sales funnels for B2B and B2C clients. - Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting landing pages, email nurturing sequences, and retargeting strategies. - Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points and implement funnel improvements. 3. Strategy & Analytics - Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client goals. - Track, measure, and report on campaign and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer journey. 4. Collaboration & Client Management - Coordinate with the content, creative, and tech teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and objectives. - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting marketing plans, performance reports, and recommendations. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications - 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ad agency environment. - Proven track record in running successful lead generation campaigns with high conversion rates. - Strong expertise in sales funnel creation, management, and optimization. - Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools. - Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and email marketing automation. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Strong project management and communication skills.
