SAP MDM Consultant

• Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
• Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
• Lead the team in understanding ASIS situation and design and validate the To Be design.
• Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met.
• Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts as necessary to increase their understanding and utilization of the systems and applications.
• Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
• Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work.
• Provide direct reports ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Comply with all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.

• Typically has 12 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 10 years of SAP MDM experience in projects and Enhancements.
• Deep functional and/or IT experience with Direct and Indirect Procurement processes
• Has led process and data improvement projects resulting in measurable increases in business KPIs.
• Demonstrated application of Six Sigma/Lean/AGILE methodologies to yield tangible business results.
• Proven track record of successfully executing business-IT projects.
• Has worked in a regulated business.
• Includes SAP MM implementation and SAP Ariba experience and Integration with 3 PL and experience which includes SAP configuration and Enterprise extensive knowledge along with Purchase Document Types and Release strategies and Master data and coordinate with technical team for development.
• Understanding and Implementation of direct and indirect procurement and end to end process.
• Business case creation, justification, and measurement for IT investments/projects
• Business solution requirements creation (emphasis on process and data requirements)
• Business process design and re-engineering techniques and methods
• Program/Project Management, Six Sigma/Lean methods and practices
• Functional Procurement process knowledge is needed.
