We are seeking a dynamic and proven sales leader to head our Home Loans vertical at a national level. This role will be responsible for building, scaling, and driving sales performance across India, with a sharp focus on feet-on-street productivity, branch expansion, and sustainable portfolio growth.Business Expansion & Strategy - Define and execute sales strategy for the home loans segment; identify growth markets and set up branches and field presence in high-potential geographies.Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and drive a large pan-India sales team including zonal, regional, and branch managers; ensure consistent sales capability building.Sales Performance Management - Own national sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive productivity across the FOS network.Channel Development - Build and manage direct sales, DSAs, and other sourcing partnerships to strengthen loan origination.Customer Focus - Ensure superior customer experience during onboarding and after-sales service, with strong emphasis on quick TAT and transparency.Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Credit, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with portfolio quality goals.Governance & Compliance - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policiesGreat OrganizationGreat place to work15 years of experience in retail lending, preferably in affordable housing finance / home loans.Proven track record in building and scaling large, distributed sales teams at a national or zonal level.Strong understanding of affordable housing customer segment, geographies, and distribution models.Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive performance and inspire field teams.Strategic thinker with execution excellence and data-driven decision-making skills.Ability to work in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.Leading housing finance company focused on providing affordable home loans to underserved and emerging segments in India.Part of profit sharing!
