Job Title : Performance Marketing Head Location : Mumbai (MIDC) Experience - 5+ years of experience in an Agency Should have an Experience in: All Types of Performance Campaigns: Digital Performance Campaigns, Offline, or any other type of performance marketing campaigns. We are a team of 100+ based in Mumbai with offices in London, Bangalore, and Gurgaon. We have worked with top Indian brands such as CNBC, TATA, Reliance, Jio, Raymond, Bajaj Finserv, ITC, Gulf Oil, Zee5. Performance Head: Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Performance Marketing & SEO Team 2. Assist the teams with planning and optimizing Paid and SEO projects 3. Aligning internal creative team for digital asset requirements and ensure campaigns launch, execute on time 4. Understand performance & SEO objectives and develop successful strategies to meet client goals 5. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media - paid search, display, video, and social platforms; or any other online/offline requirements. 6. Assist creative team with ad creation through strategic direction for copywriting & creating visual assets 7. Create and deliver meaningful analytical reports that showcased the monitored progress to internal and external stakeholders 8. Troubleshoot, problem solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs; 9. Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn and Twitter, etc. and also manage SEO Projects in case of requirements. 10. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies to deploy for better performance. 11. Ensure strategies are meeting clearly defined objectives. 12. Ensure a smooth workflow within the team and manage the team. 13. Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch, with a keen eye for consistency. 14. Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization, in a highly organized approach 15. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders 16. Participate in the briefing sessions and come up with strong and creative pitches for onboarding/closing new business for the Paid media and SEO team Requirements: Strong understanding of online ad serving concepts for video and mobile Strong Understanding of SEO and related concepts to organically drive results Drive to deliver and exceed goals Expert understanding of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audience data, including data partnerships in the online media space; Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style; Understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends Extensive use and knowledge of ad servers and rich media vendors; Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and focus; Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, i.e. how to set up media analytics infrastructure to track KPIs; Bachelor's degree; 5-7 years of hands on digital marketing experience in Performance Marketing(Organic-SEO and Paid media) Digital Agency Experience is a must Ability to lead and grow the Team Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics Prior experience with platforms including but not limited Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, Keyword Planner, SEM Rush and similar tools, etc.
