DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:ISG seeks a candidate with extensive IT Finance experience around business case management, sourcing spend analysis, scenario analysis, ratio analysis, project accounting , invoice reviews and more.. This role bridges finance and technology, working with IT leadership to oversee budgeting, spend analysis, forecasting, vendor management, and financial reporting.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate closely with the client leadership to support business objectives and operational goals.
Develop, maintain, and report on financial and operational KPIs to monitor IT performance and cost-effectiveness.
Take ownership of IT budgeting and forecasting, including capital (CapEx) and operating expenses (OpEx) tracking.
Serve as a financial liaison for vendor relationships-evaluation, budget approvals, contract review, and payments.
Perform cost-benefit analyses for planned IT investments
Monitor IT project and development spend, ensure timely reporting and variance analysis.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor information, prepare reports and analysis on procurement activities
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost savings, Resolve vendor disputes and issues
Create and maintain a comprehensive database with all financial documents and associated raw data
Understand and apply sound financial governance principles supporting transparency, traceability and auditability of source documents and resulting financial reports and transactions.
Interpret and apply contract language and standards to related financial activities and develop reports to monitor key financial elements of contracts.
Standardize sourcing spend governance processes and templates.
Ensure adherence to procurement and finance governance frameworks.
Support audits with accurate, complete, and timely financial documentation.
Support preparation of IT sourcing budgets and rolling forecasts.
Track actual vs. planned spend and highlight variances with root cause analysis.
Ensure accurate allocation of sourcing costs to consuming business units

REQUIREMENTS:
CA, CPA, Bachelor's Degree in commerce discipline with MBA in Finance (preferred)
10-12 years relevant experience
Good knowledge on IT functions and its relevance to the financial management
Strong understanding of purchasing and contract law
Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Planning
Working knowledge on different process applications including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong English language aptitude/proficiency: solid written /verbal communication
