- Download, organize, and manage photos provided by photographers, ensuring proper syncing and time-stamping.
- Select the best images for albums, add-ons, and marketing use.
- Edit, retouch, and color-correct photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to achieve the highest visual standard.
- Prepare images for social media, promotional materials, and customer-facing products.
- Meet clients via Google Meet to present and sell wedding albums and additional products.
- Choose appropriate album and frame materials in coordination with the production team.
- Maintain accurate project details in Google Sheets and ensure seamless communication with printers.
- Verify delivery orders, coordinate customer collections, and ensure smooth collaboration with the overseas team.
- Complete around 12 projects per cycle from selection through final corrections.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photo editing, preferably in wedding or event photography.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong attention to detail, color sense, and visual storytelling skills.
- Reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps for large file transfers.
- Experience using Google Sheets or similar organizational tools.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for client interactions.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Access to a personal computer, editing software, and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
