Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Relationship Officer to join our business loans team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in loan sourcing, disbursement, collections, and portfolio management. The role involves open market sourcing of unsecured & secured business loans and managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including relationship management and loan recovery. Key Responsibilities:- Source unsecured & secured business loans through open market channels. - Achieve monthly targets for loan book size and borrower acquisition. - Ensure timely disbursement of sourced loans by coordinating with internal teams. - Actively manage collection for both fresh and existing loans. - Maintain and monitor the loan portfolio to ensure healthy asset quality. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries effectively. Key Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in lending/sales, preferably in unsecured & secured business loans. - Proven track record in loan sourcing, disbursement, and collections. - Strong understanding of open market customer acquisition strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. - Willingness to work in field sales and meet business clients directly. - Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets in a competitive environment. - Only male candidates will be considered for this role (ref:updazz.com)
