Plumbing BIM Coordinator / Project Manager

• This role is expected to work independently with limited supervision.
• Production on projects.
• Responsible for preparation of plumbing system modeling, coordination, shop drawing

• including hangers, spool, sleeves.
• Review project input drawings, equipment submittal and project specification.
• Control all the documents as per ISO standards.
• Guide & supervise the team members during execution stage.
• Attend project meetings with client, trade partners, consultants and internal team members.
• Should be capable to do the quality checks and detect the errors.
• Training and mentoring those lesser experienced engineers as well as being mentored in to Further roles and responsibilities in the future.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of related M & P BIM experience -Strongly preferred
• Knowledge of building mechanical codes.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes.
• Knowledge of various plumbing systems, riser diagrams, fixture/equipment and concepts.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards.
• General understanding of other building trade disciples such as Electrical, mechanical, fire
• Protection, process and structural and how they relate to plumbing system and
• Construction.
• Competent with general business writing, including proposals.
• Skill in the use of Microsoft Office programs, CAD software and BIM. AutoCAD, Revit,
• Navisworks.
• Should have valid Indian Passport.
• If the applicant can read, speak and understand Japanese would be added advantage.
