This position is Nonexempt.
- Responsibilities: 0-4 years experience.
- Has previous experience as an accountant.
- Examines, analyzes, and interprets accounting records to prepare statements and/or advise management.
- May require an advanced degree.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and GAAP.
- Tasks may include: Preparation of journal entries, Account Reconciliations, Analysis, Research, Other Miscellaneous quarter-end accounting functions. Weekends may be required.
Skills: Accounting degree preferred with Oracle application experience.
As part of Global Accounting Controllers organization, the candidate will perform activities that assist:
- accurate and periodic on time book close for assigned countries
- reconcile balance sheet accounts
- resolve outstanding open items to help in ensuring correctness of financial statements and support various reporting requirements.
- Work with various Finance teams, including Finance Controllers on resolving open items / queries.
