Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Provide support for business-critical applications such as email, collaboration tools, and ERP systems.
Assist with video conferencing and audio-visual systems during meetings.System Administration:Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory or similar systems.
Monitor and ensure proper functioning of network resources, including servers, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems.Network & Security:Ensure network security through firewalls, antivirus, and regular software updates.
Monitor and respond to security threats and alerts.
Enforce data backup and recovery protocols.IT Infrastructure Management:Assist in deploying and maintaining IT hardware, software, and infrastructure.
Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new tools or systems.Documentation & Training:Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
Provide training and documentation for employees on IT policies, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT support for medium to large organizations.
Proficiency in Windows, and Linux environments.
Experience with network troubleshooting tools and protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Familiarity with enterprise tools like Office 365, Google Workspace, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
