This role conducts quality audits, manages defect analysis and corrective actions, collects and analyzes customer feedback, and ensures compliance with industry standards, contributing to improved product quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Safety :

Follow and promote safety guidelines during inspections and quality checks, contributing to a safe work environment.

Final Product Inspection:

Oversee final product inspections to ensure solar cells meet specified quality standards, including visual inspections and implement rigorous inspection protocols.

Quality Audits:

Conduct regular audits of final inspection processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Identify opportunities for improvement based on audit findings and implement necessary changes.

Defect Analysis and Corrective Actions:

Track and analyze defects in finished solar cells, using tools like Pareto analysis and root cause analysis. Develop and execute corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

PSI & OQC:

Ensure timely inspection and clearance in SAP and retain inspection records.

Customer Support:

In case of customer complaint, verify the concern and provide interim solution; quarantine the suspected lot and help in segregation if required; share RCA and improvement action with Customer and monitor for implementation of actions at production.

Benchmarking and Product Improvement:

Benchmarking with competitor cells and take part in NPD trials to improve Cell performance in Module testing.

Customer Feedback:

Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, identifying areas for improvement. Implement changes based on feedback to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of FQA inspections, including measurement data and non-conformance reports. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company-specific requirements.

Compliance:

Ensure final products meet all relevant industry standards, including IEC certifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance throughout the production process.

Training:

Provide training on FQA quality standards and procedures to production staff. Ensure consistent application of quality protocols across all shifts and production lines.

Qualifications:Educational Qualification:

Essential Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech- Electronics and communication or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience (Range of years):

Total Experience:15-25 years in quality assurance roles, with specific experience preferred in final product inspection of solar cells.
