Basic to intermediate experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role is preferred.
Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
High attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel); familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance while collaborating with the on-site team.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage but not required.
