Generate monthly MIS Reports of the materials and production report2. Material Requirement Planning:Execute MRP Run based on SOP Plan for schedule lines generation to enable parts in-warding in line with production plan
Monitor and optimise material availability during production
Monitor inventory at all PVBU plants to ensure product inventory at optimum levels
Monitor zero obsolescence plan for phased out products as per defined timelines3. Process review and benchmarking of OperationsBenchmark logistic and operations planning to improve process efficiency and propose improvement initiatives
Drive strategic improvement initiatives identified for Operations Planning – RM, Production Planning
Identification of Critical Masters and Critical Field in Material Master as per Operational requirement. Define Validation mechanism for them. Ensure correctness as per define mechanism4. Master Data Management:Undertake predictive analysis to understand future trend in demand and project capacity for the same
Conceptualise IT Dashboard for MIS Reporting
Monitor and guide master data cell bill of material, item, vendor master, MRP, target inventory level management
Ensure standardisation of SAP material master data input at PVBU level
Develop strategy for Material Master data in case of new development for process standardization with PLM and TS Team
Resolve queries on SAP Parts and VC LevelDesired Candidate Profile
- Education :B.E./B. Tech (MBA/ PGDM Operations Mgmt.)
- 11-20 years of SCM experience in automobile industry with background of Supply chain optimization, product knowledge. Knowledge of SAP –MM is must
