Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Monitoring Administrator will be part of a team responsible for the 24/7 support Implementing, operating, tuning and troubleshooting enterprise Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019 and WSFC. Good Working Experience in Windows Cluster service, Certificate Authority, Windows Server 2012R2/2016, Active Directory. Good working Experience in server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware (HP/Cisco-Hyperflex HX240c, SNS-3595-K9, UCS C220 M5) Good Experience in AD and group policy management Basic knowledge in AWS/Azure/Google cloud platforms. Proactively provide recommendations on monitoring rule sets based on production outage learning. Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating Installing and troubleshooting the application in a clustered environment Install or uninstall software and patching through RADIA /WSUS Tool Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, SSH, TELNET, SNMP, FTP Maintain and administer DNS, DHCP, NFS, NIS, DFS roots, and group policy. Analyzing Hardware failure issues and providing solutions Windows Server Management and ticket handling using SUMMIT tool Create, modify and delete user groups, users and users' properties. Create login scripts. Restore server operating system in the event of a crash.
