- Ensuring strategic alignment of the EHS Trainings with organisation goals.
- EHS Training Lead plays a lead strategic role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials that will impact behaviour-changing training using various training theories inclusive of job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models.
- Develops and maintains interactive learning solutions that drive measurable results.
- Ensure that training is meeting needs and improving overall EHS performance Requirements.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful safety training methods.
- Effectively manage the training budget.
- Ensure that training is meeting needs and improving overall safety performance.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate safety training based on the organizations goals.
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
- EHS Training Lead is highly collaborative role where he builds solid cross-functional relationships with departmental heads and employees across the site.
- Experience into managing EHS related training
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
- Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
