This collaborative team helps meet the needs of an evolving technology and business model with a specialized focus on protecting customer data and keeping information secure. Responsibilities:DescriptionA Cloud Operations engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services. They ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based applications and resources while monitoring and responding to incidents and issues. This role requires expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and best practices.Your day-to-day job will consist of:

Monitoring and managing the Analytics & Insights platform, addressing system issues and ensuring batch processing
Deploying customer environments in AWS and Snowflake
Leverage AI and automation where possible to improve delivery accuracy and speed
Upgrades and patching across both the product and AWS infrastructure (Kubernetes, etc)
Working with Services, Support, and Engineering teams in delivering and supporting our software
Participate in on-call and rotating shifts

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Solid knowledge of cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and Snowflake
Experience with Kubernetes and EKS, including monitoring tools, deployment methodolgies, etc
Good experience with scripting using tools such as shell and Python

Preferred Qualifications

Experience
Good understanding of software engineering principals
