The team produces impactful and engaging content across internal and external channels, with a culture that is marked by performance, productivity, collaboration, and the constant pursuit of improvement.Within DWS Communications, the Brand team is responsible for the strategic development and management of the DWS brand universe – including Corporate Design, Corporate Identity, and the utilization of the brand in our communications materials. Within the Brand team the Graphics team will deliver all Corporate Design-related activities as well as graphic support for the DWS website, social media channels and other owned media products. Specialists of the graphics team are responsible for translating content into meaningful infographics as well as for transporting the values and utilises a variety of graphic design, UI/UX and automation & analytics skills and is responsible for developing standout visual content to present data and research themes in Infographics which can be understood quickly and easily across all our audiences.What we’ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoy

Your key responsibilities
  • Maintain and further develop the DWS brand styleguides, corporate design, and graphic corporate identity in close collaboration with the Chief Brand Officer
  • Act as in-house graphic agency for the Communications, Brand and CSR team, including, but not limited to: graphic design for the DWS websites as well as for social media appearance, maintaining and further developing own content formats (such as thought leadership pieces, product or strategy presentations)
  • Work together with the Communications, Brand & CSR team and beyond to to develop high-quality designs for internal and external communication channels such as training courses, social media posts, blogs, landing pages and more
  • Delivering Project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and projects are executed efficiently
  • Working individually and with team members to brainstorm and develop graphic design, website design, animation, infographics, and other formats, and ensure the final product is aligned with internal standards
  • Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality and state of the art Corporate Design
  • Manage key business stakeholders and ensure alignment with local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements
  • Work in close alignment and collaboration with relevant external and internal counterparts as well as external agencies
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in professional communications with a focus on skills such as Graphic Design, UX/UI
  • Experience of working within a financial services environment preferred
  • Strong Graphic Design capabilities utilising software skills such as Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite and Powerpoint
  • Strong Web Design skills and relevant Content Management System (CMS) experience
  • Proven Infographic design/animation experience
  • Strong project management and customer interface skills with the ability to understand requirements and translate them into a book of work
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive issues and proven in handling multiple topics and multi stakeholder projects in challenging deadlines
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and build strong relationships with key global stakeholders
