Function: Corporate Finance / M&A / Transaction SupportAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an analytical finance professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in income-statement–focused F&A audit, financial due diligence, or M&A transaction support. In this role, you will perform deep-dive financial reviews, identify value drivers and risks, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership as we evaluate acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed reviews and analysis of income statements with a focus on:Revenue qualityCost structuresGross marginsEBITDA adjustmentsPerform YoY and QoQ variance analysis and assess multi-year trends and seasonality.Reconcile management-reported metrics with audited financial statements.Analyze profitability ratios and operating leverage across business units.Develop robust, driver-based financial models (3-statement models: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).Maintain and update financial models with actuals, forecasts, and business assumptions.Build dynamic models to simulate the impact of various business scenarios.Translate financial model outputs into actionable insights via dashboards and executive presentations.Reconcile management P&L with MIS reports, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations.Must-Have QualificationsExperience:3–5 years in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Deal Advisory, Financial Due Diligence (FDD), or Assurance roles with M&A exposure.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of IFRS / Ind-AS (or US GAAP) and audit procedures, particularly those related to income statements.Advanced Excel skills (Index-Match, Pivot Tables, Power Query).Proven experience in building and maintaining 3-statement financial models.Business Acumen:Demonstrated ability to prepare and present reports and insights to senior management.Skilled in translating complex financial findings into executive-friendly narratives (slides, memos, verbal briefings).Education:MBA from a top-tier business school or Chartered Accountant (CA).Additional certifications in finance/accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.Skills:Finance Management,Revenue Forecasting,Financial ForecastingAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
