- Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular updates and recommendations to enhance their financial strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions, maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic reviews with clients to assess their financial progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and ethical business practices.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of salaried PL and working capital products, along with a good understanding of the market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools for efficient portfolio management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
