Job Tittle - Assistant Store Manager Job Location - Bangalore, Karnataka Job Description Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at a store Maintain store staff by recruiting, selection, orientation and Training Communicate with 3rd party vendors about rider hiring and highlighting the issues Must be able to communicate well over the email Should be able to work on excel Keep Track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency Should be able to manage the pool of delivery bikers internal and 3rd party Oversee stock receiving from Distribution center and storage process Should be carrying out a stock count process as per company policy Route Planning, Order Management Keep track of delivery and store metrics Stock & inventory management. ,Monthly inventory & stock taking ,Dispatch Knowledge ,Communication with the Sales Team. KRA -- Track and optimize fill rates Lead team of analysts for forecasting daily orders at stores Lead dark stores opening and analysis of neighborhoods to select locations to open stores Handling, Delivery and Inventory Control Lead hiring initiatives. Preferred Experience/Skills Must have at least min 2 - 3years of Store Operations Experience Must have ecommerce / QSR / FMCG experience managing dark store inventory and tracking experience Must be proficient Excel and data analysis Must have experience with handling Delivery Fleet.
