We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant SpecialistIn this role, you will:Work on Incident Management, Problem Analysis, Log Analysis, Debugging, Certificates Renewal and Vulnerabilities Fixes.Work on Devops tools such as Jenkins.Acknowledge the Incidents and Alerts and work pro-actively to close the same on time.Understand business processes and SLA's and accordingly prioritize the activities.Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and work on providing permanent resolution to the Incidents.Provide on-call support as per the defined ROTA.Monitor application/system performance and logs.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:Must have Knowledge/Hands-On-Experience on (Core Java/J2EE, any Frame Work- Struts/Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Boot(preferable), Java Script / Angular JS, Web Service/Micro Services).Have application servers WebSphere 8, 9 and WLP knowledge.Know about CICD pipeline creation and execution.Experience in handling production support tasks such as Day to Day Monitoring and maintenance, Deployments, Configuration and Troubleshooting of application servers.Should be able to work with Product versions - Linux /Unix.End to end testing of patching in a non-prod environment must be able to think on business outages on PROD.Trouble shoot the issues post patching or remediation.Good to have experience in Certificates renewal process.Good understanding of ITIL process - Change-Management, Problem management. release management.Able to remediate Vulnerabilities.Co-ordinate and work with different teams.You'll achieve more when you join HSBC.www.hsbc.com/careersHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
