(i:e) energy-efficient, multicolor, Wi-Fi enabled, LED lights that can be controlled via a Wi-Fi equipped device such as a smartphone, smart voice speakers , tablet.Job Description :- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist (B2B) to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in a niche market thus keeping our company competitive and innovative. Candidate having experience in Lighting Industry will be preferred.Roles & Responsibilities :- Responsible for understanding needs of the clients/customers, thereby suggesting or providing suitable solutions as per their requirement. Followed by necessary demonstrations, technical explanations, raising quotations, timely follow-ups, closure, after sales service and repeat business - providing exemplary service.- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and develop sales into the Direct & Distribution channels.- Develop & maintain dealer/distributor channel.- To develop strong relation with clients by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals.- Gather and analyse specific local customer/area market information, major players' analysis, country volumes, and share.- Responsible for Sales & Billing Collection from channel sales, distribution & retail.- Responsible for monthly sales & revenue targets.- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsRequirement & Expertise :- Minimum 2+ years' experience in lighting or related industry is a must.- Flexible with work schedule specifically for demonstration events.- Professional and positive conduct in words, actions, body language and grooming.- Excellent written and verbal communication.- Strong individual sales, engagement and demonstration skills.- Possess excellent team player skills.- Proficiency with MS Office.- Open to travel as and when required.- Sales experience with premium brands preferable.- Positive attitude, interest and willingness to understand STERNET SMART products and technology portfolio.- Private 2-wheeler vehicle preferred.Education :UG : Any GraduatePG : Any PostgraduatePerks and Benefits :1.
