Content Specialist

• Analyze learning and communication needs and translate them into engaging instructional and visual design solutions.

• Design and develop learning content (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, job aids) aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design models.

• Develop creative visual and multimedia assets, including graphics, infographics, illustrations, and videos to support content delivery.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to conceptualize, storyboard, and deliver interactive learning experiences.

• Ensure consistency in design, branding, and instructional quality across deliverables.

• Leverage tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Captivate, PowerPoint, and video editing software for content creation.

• Exposure to AI-based content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Synthesia or other GenAI platforms) to enhance creativity and efficiency in content development.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integrate innovative ideas into instructional and creative content.

• 5+ years of combined experience in Instructional Design, Content Development, and Graphic/Visual Design.

• Hands-on experience in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick model).

• Experience in developing multimedia learning materials, video editing, and e-learning development.
