Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesLead design of electro-mechanical systems compliant with RTCA DO-160, MIL Specs, IPC, and ARINC standards.Support new product development with strong knowledge of integrated product development processes.Contribute to PCB design, box build, and enclosure design (machined, sheet metal, and plastics).Ensure structural integrity through vibration/load analysis and design for crash, altitude, and environmental factors.Develop thermal management solutions (natural/forced convection, heatsinks).Define aerospace-grade fasteners, tolerance analysis, fit/finish requirements, and material/coating specifications.Identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks.Required Skills & KnowledgeStrong understanding of structural design, thermal systems, and material properties.Hands-on experience in Unigraphics (NX) modeling/drafting/assemblies.Familiarity with PLM tools (preferably ARAS) and exposure to costing/DFMA tools.Department:Transportation (India) AssociateSkills Required:RTCA, Electromechanical Engineer ARINC DO-160Years Of Exp:6 to 12 YearsDesignation:Associate
