Key Responsibilities:- Lead the branch team to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets in broking and other financial products.- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business from retail and HNI clients.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt and quality service.- Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements (SEBI, NSE, BSE).- Drive cross-sell of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and IPOs.- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the branch staff to ensure a high-performing team.- Conduct regular client meetings, branch reviews, and market awareness programs.- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to formulate growth strategies.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. NISM Certifications (Series VII & VIII) mandatory.- 5-10 years of experience in retail broking or financial services, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. (ref:updazz.com)
