And if you have ambitions in Property Management, join us to be inspired by the best. You'll work as a Technical Manager, reporting into the Property Manager. In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assist the Property Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. The Technical Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operation of all assets/Equipment's. Internal complaints and External complaints maintenance of residential Apartments Focusing on PAM/Regular operations reactive and preventive maintenance, small project execution, energy management, engineering staff supervision, training, subcontractor supervision and budget control Streetlights / Basketball /Cricket court/ tennis courts/ kids play area lights daily monitoring. ALL MEP related Monthly reports/ Schindler log reports/ Diesel/EB/Water reports should maintain & verify. Responsible for protecting and improving the value of the Owner's or Client's asset and ensuring that the facility and building systems meet or exceed their rated life. Ensure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies including developing sources for stock materials. Track the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period of all systems - DG, BMS, CCTV, WTP, STP, Fire Safety System, contracts, maintenance calls, etc. Identify safety hazards within the property and incorporate the remediation of such hazards to ensure that the building's staff and engineers work in a safe environment. Responsible for emergency situations (i.e. fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) Ensures compliance with applicable codes, regulations, government agency and company directives as relates to property operations. Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the property Management Lead and the client Sound like the job you're looking for Before you apply, it's also worth knowing what we are looking for: Education And Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering & Any related graduation. you'll need between at least five years' experience in Facility (OR) Property Asset Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. An eye for detail You'll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables. Great Organizational Skills You'll have great time management and organizational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team's or client's changing requirements.
