- Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
- Work with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in handling Industrial customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
- 50 K plus Incentive
- Target customer –Cement, steel, metal, automobile. Oil & gas, power generation, transmission, distribution(Heavy engineering)
- Dealing With- Electrical , Department, Utilities Department ,Maintains ,mechanical
