Ltd.Location: WORK FROM HOME FOR MUMBAI AND KOLKATA locationExperience: 6months to 3 YearsDomain: Staffing & RecruitmentJob Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Recruitment/Staffing – BPO, Sales, Telecom, RetailKey Responsibilities:Handle high-volume hiring for BPO, field, and sales roles.Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Apna, etc.), social media, local networks, and referrals.Organize and conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and telephonic screenings.Schedule interviews with internal teams or clients and ensure timely coordination.Maintain daily trackers and ensure proper documentation of candidate data.Ensure timely joining and reduce dropout rates.Build a strong pipeline of candidates for urgent or bulk hiring needs.Work under pressure to meet aggressive hiring targets.Requirements6 months – 3 years of experience in bulk hiring / bpo hiring/ sales hiring/telecaller/call center/ customer support/ retailGood communication skills and interest in recruitment are encouraged to applyStrong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of general staffing, recruiter or BPO hiring preferredExperience using ATS or recruitment tools is a plusMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Any Stream)/GraduateBenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15000 per monthBenefits: PF + ESICWork Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMWeekly Offs: 2nd & 4th SaturdaysInterested?
