Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Material Manager cum Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the domain, with a strong understanding of supply chain management, office administration, and inventory control. This role requires someone who is mobile and willing to go to the market to set up the supply chain, as well as manage operations across two sites. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize costs. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained. Market Research and Setup: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends. Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers. Set up the supply chain infrastructure in new markets as required. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing administrative staff. Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and efficiency. Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment. Maintain records and documentation related to office operations. Site Management: Manage operations across two sites, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between teams. Supervise site staff and coordinate their activities. Oversee inventory management and distribution at both sites. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in material management, supply chain management, or office administration. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office suite and inventory management software. Willingness to travel to market and set up the supply chain. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
