- Sales & SDR Sequences
- Structure email + LinkedIn cadences
- Align messaging workflows with ICP segments
- Improve conversion rates across touchpoints
- Sequences are systems. Systems should be engineered.
- Integrations & Infrastructure
- Build API-based integrations where needed
- Write Python scripts for scraping and automation
- Maintain data integrity across systems
- Troubleshoot workflow issues proactively
- You should be comfortable going from no-code to code when needed.
- Reporting & Revenue Insights
- Track pipeline coverage and velocity
- Maintain clean dashboards and reporting structures
- Use Mixpanel, Airtable, CRM data to provide actionable insights
- Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes

- 2–5 years experience in GTM, RevOps, Growth Ops, or technical sales operations
- Comfortable with both no-code tools and writing scripts
- HubSpot
- Zoho
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Make / Zapier
- Python (scraping / automation)
- Mixpanel
- Airtable
- Strong understanding of outbound and pipeline mechanics
- Numbers-driven, you care about conversion rates, velocity, and coverage
