- Lead business development efforts for the Transfer Pricing division across India and international markets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities by leveraging professional networks and market intelligence.
- Represent the firm in industry forums, networking events, and with stakeholders like VCs, PEs, CFOs, and tax heads.
- Position and articulate the firm’s value proposition to clients in need of TP planning, documentation, and litigation support.
- Work closely with technical teams to shape service offerings and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve growth targets, build client relationships, and enhance market presence.
- Stay up-to-date with transfer pricing regulations (Indian and OECD), BEPS developments, and global TP trends to guide business conversations effectively.
- Guide the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation: Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
- Support or lead client engagements involving economic and financial analysis for inter company transactions.
- Represent clients during TP audits, assessments, and litigation proceedings in coordination with technical leads.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- CA / MBA (Finance) / LL.B. with specialization or certification in International Taxation or Transfer Pricing.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, with a demonstrated track record in business development or client acquisition.
- Previous experience in reputed CA firms, Big 4, or consulting organizations is preferred.
