HR Executive

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain and utilize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various positions.
• Collaborate on project management initiatives related to HR functions.
• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation compliance.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related
• matters.
• Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
• Administer leave and attendance records and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal use.
• Support the performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
• Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration across teams.
