- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to align HR goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and utilize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate record-keeping.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Lead recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various positions.
- Collaborate on project management initiatives related to HR functions.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation compliance.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related
- matters.
- Coordinate and assist in employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
- Administer leave and attendance records and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal use.
- Support the performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration across teams.
