Regal Rexnord is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Summary: This position is responsible for supporting Sustaining Engineering deliverables related to Product Engineering tasks, plant production support for day-to-day activities, Bearings ECN, ETO/Inquiries and also to assist MCO/VAVE/NPD/PLS projects.Major Responsibilities:

Work on ECRs/ECNs, create complete and accurate drawing packages within assigned time
Execute standard and ETO/DTO enquiries, product deviation requests, quotes and orders.
Modifying or optimizing existing 2D/3D layouts, assemblies as per customer requirements.
Project In charge role to support Sustaining Engineering projects to support the bearing business.
Provides support to design or improve basic components and products with a basic understanding of design tools and methods.
Optimizes basic components and products with a basic understanding of analysis methods.
Assists in solving basic problems with an aptitude for basic problem-solving skills.
Support in creating design documents, installation instructions, customer data sheets etc.
Communicate effectively and professionally with cross functional teams and customers.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with a First Class from a reputed college.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in designing any industrial products like Bearing, Couplings, gearboxes, pumps, Material handling equipment or machine tools.

Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in 3D Modelling and 2D drafting with any of below CAD tool/tools
SolidEdge, SolidWorks
Knowledge on DraftSight CAD tool is added advantage
Knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards.
Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and with sense of urgency.
Competent in Microsoft computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
