- 5+ years of equivalent content writing/ editorial experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create diverse content types.
- Customer obsessed and metrics driven, using audience insights and analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, style, and tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive
- Ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with others.
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and plan and prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable in adapting your language to optimise across different regions - we talk to a global audience.

- Familiarity with Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite & SEO tools will be beneficial.
- Prior experience doing ghostwritten content is desirable.
- Prior experience working in the Education Industry is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strengthen your knowledge and understanding of the education industry and stay abreast with the new updates and developments.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics to create compelling content.
- Ideate, plan, write, edit, proofread, publish, and promote content across different platforms — including blog posts, social posts, email, case studies, website copy, whitepapers and more.
- Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and aligns with the brand guidelines.
- Write and proofread engaging content across all stages of a customer’s journey, including articles, emails, and guides.
- Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines
- Develop strong relationships across the business to develop proactive and reactive content solutions.
- Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand customer requirement and gather feedback to create the content based on the customer needs.
- Work closely with multiple teams to develop a cohesive narrative, plot, or argument in long-form articles, reflecting their vision and ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving comms and content best practices.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure the performance of content initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on content performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, partner success and development, to ensure effective content creation.
- Support on various ad-hoc projects and any other related tasks that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide support to the wider Marketing team.
