-Must hold a good experience of handling the business P&L (Top line and bottom line)-Strong experience in fast-track Business growth and development

Focus on New Product Development along with R&D.
Process knowledge to move products from lab to production.
Identify areas which can give higher profitability and faster growth to the organization.
Ensure activities meet organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal framework, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Demonstrate competence in handling team building activities and motivating the teams to adopt a high-performance culture.
P&L, problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness.
Develop & maintain key relations with Suppliers and serve as the internal leader of the organization.

Work with a leading chemicals / adhesives manufacturerTo work very closely with the leadership team and the promotors*Technical background with a knack for New Product Development*Strategic thinking, financial acumen, knowledge about plant operations and manufacturing*Strong knowledge of Coatings/ Adhesives.*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to survive and excel in a constantly challenging environment
