Key Responsibilities:
 Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely
information regarding DocOnline's services.
 Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on
maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
 Communication: Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email,
chat) and ensure clear and effective communication.
 Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback,
and issues in the customer support database.
 Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are
resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
 Product Knowledge: Stay updated on DocOnline's services and features to provide
knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements:
 Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer care or support roles. Freshers with
excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
 Language Skills: Proficiency in Assamese is mandatory.
 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve customer
issues efficiently.
 Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
remote work environment.
 Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and
building positive relationships.
