  • Experience in generating leads through strategic outbound calls (Mandatory skill).

  • Competency in using CRM software for efficient lead management and communication.
  • Strong telemarketing skills to promote and sell services to targeted customer segments.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and engage customers.
  • Capability to foster customer engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel for organizing data and deriving insights to support decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services and generate leads.
